If placing an order in a state or country outside of the continental 48 United States, please send an email to efazio@tyrusbaseball.com so we can get you the correct shipping rate for your order. If you place an international order before contacting us, we will send you an email to let you know what the additional shipping charge will be and we will not send your order out until the additional payment has been made. The receiver will be responsible for all taxes and duties incurred from customs when their package arrives in their country.
Any non-personalized product that has not been used or damaged in any way may be returned for a refund of the purchased price. If Tyrus Baseball has incorrectly shipped either the wrong item, size, or color, Tyrus Baseball will reimburse the full purchase price and shipping costs for that particular item(s) upon receipt of that item(s). Tyrus will send a prepaid shipping label to facilitate the return of the incorrectly shipped item(s). Any personalized item(s) (i.e. engraved bat with customer name) may not be returned assuming Tyrus Baseball personalized that product as per the customer's direction.
